4. Ensure Robust and Transparent Data Systems to Improve Student Success.

Overview:
Strategies for ensuring that Baltimore is learning and adapting national research that indicates the best approaches to dropout prevention are those that heed early warning signs and then match them with appropriate interventions, including tracking and analyzing basic data that can show which students are demonstrating early warning signs of dropping out, beginning in elementary school.
