Overview:
Strategies for preparing Baltimore City’s youth for the world of work and post-secondary educational options, including: promoting academic preparation as well as career awareness, exploration and experience; providing real-life work opportunities to build job skills; and supporting positive development and preventing risk behaviors by helping youth see the connection between schooling and their relationship to their communities, the economy and the world of work.
